View All Frequently Asked QuestionsExplore the Four Roof-Care ServicesYes, where appropriate. A main roof, extension and porch may have different materials or levels of deterioration. The quotation should identify the areas included and the proposed work for each, rather than assuming one treatment is suitable everywhere.
Yes. Describe both concerns so that the roof work and gutter work can be reviewed together. Each item should be identified in the proposed scope; combining an enquiry does not automatically include extra services or establish promotional eligibility.
Tell us if you are considering phased work or have a particular priority. Whether stages are practical depends on safe access, the roof condition and dependencies between tasks. Separate phases, prices and any repeat access arrangements should be agreed before proceeding.
Explain which part of the building you own or are authorised to arrange work on, and identify any shared roofline or guttering. Responsibility, boundaries and any permissions should be clarified before work is agreed. An enquiry about your home does not authorise work on a neighbouring property.
Mention this early. Access across land you do not control must not be assumed. Necessary permission and practical arrangements need to be established before that access can form part of the work plan.
Yes. Tell us about planned building, solar, window or exterior decorating work that could affect access, protection or the order of tasks. This helps identify coordination issues without assuming RoofRegen will undertake those separate trades.
