THE SHORT ANSWER

Four services. One clear starting point.

Choose the concern you recognise below, or use the enquiry form above if you would prefer help deciding.

Moss and dirt → cleaning

Remove surface growth and contamination while keeping the existing tile colour.

Faded colour → coating

Explore a RENOTEC finish for compatible, serviceable tiles. Coating is not a leak repair.

One problem → focused care

Ask about a localised repair or gutter clearing without booking a roof restoration.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION

We Start With the Roof, Not a Package.

Tell us what you want to improve. We'll consider the existing roof and access, discuss the options and explain the scope and price of the proposed work.

Ask About My Roof

Material & condition

Tile type, existing defects and contamination determine which treatments are appropriate.

Safe access

Roof height, pitch and surrounding structures affect how work can be planned.

Your preferred outcome

Removing moss, changing colour and fixing a tile are different goals. Your recommendation should reflect yours.

DIFFERENT TREATMENTS. DIFFERENT OUTCOMES.

Cleaning Reveals. Coating Restores Colour.

A cleaner roof and a newly coated roof are not the same result. Compare the two before choosing your next step.

Cleaning: the existing tile surface

Moss and dirt removed, with the original material and colour still apparent. Cleaning does not repaint faded tiles.

BEFOREAFTER CLEANING
Less moss. The same tile colour.

Actual results depend on the roof and treatment. Drag or use arrow keys to compare.

Roof cleaning details

Coating: a colour-restored finish

A new finish on compatible, serviceable tiles. RENOTEC preparation and coating are separate from cleaning alone.

BEFOREAFTER COATING
A new outlook. Not a new roof.

Actual results depend on the roof and treatment. Drag or use arrow keys to compare.

View All Frequently Asked QuestionsExplore the Four Roof-Care Services

Can Different Parts of My Roof Have Different Work Specified?

Yes, where appropriate. A main roof, extension and porch may have different materials or levels of deterioration. The quotation should identify the areas included and the proposed work for each, rather than assuming one treatment is suitable everywhere.

Can Roof and Gutter Work Be Considered in One Enquiry?

Yes. Describe both concerns so that the roof work and gutter work can be reviewed together. Each item should be identified in the proposed scope; combining an enquiry does not automatically include extra services or establish promotional eligibility.

Can I Plan Work in Separate Stages?

Tell us if you are considering phased work or have a particular priority. Whether stages are practical depends on safe access, the roof condition and dependencies between tasks. Separate phases, prices and any repeat access arrangements should be agreed before proceeding.

What if My Roof Is Shared With a Neighbour?

Explain which part of the building you own or are authorised to arrange work on, and identify any shared roofline or guttering. Responsibility, boundaries and any permissions should be clarified before work is agreed. An enquiry about your home does not authorise work on a neighbouring property.

What if Access Would Be Through a Neighbouring Property?

Mention this early. Access across land you do not control must not be assumed. Necessary permission and practical arrangements need to be established before that access can form part of the work plan.

Should I Mention Other Exterior Work I Am Planning?

Yes. Tell us about planned building, solar, window or exterior decorating work that could affect access, protection or the order of tasks. This helps identify coordination issues without assuming RoofRegen will undertake those separate trades.
